Crimsann--

I'm sorry, you caught me: it is in fact Wallenford I was referring to. You're right that Blue Mountain is one of the most misunderstood coffees in the business, and I'll go into how not to get ripped off on a BM purchase in a post very soon--especially since it's holiday season (when a lot of people buy BM as a gift). :)

Did you mean Wallenford Blue or Wallingford Blue? I googled this to check and there seem to be numerous listings under both spellings. I've heard this coffee gets misrepresented more often than not and wondered if one of those spellings was actually a "faux" Jamacian Blue Mountain coffee, or at least not the highly sought one? Can you clear this up? How do you know you are getting the "real" blue?!

Mark--

If I can. Kaapi Royale is, all things considered, probably my favorite single-origin coffee ever. It's expensive and hard to get, but worth the effort.

In a perfect world I would use it in an espresso blend--I've done so and it produces stunning results--but unfortunately it's too expensive to be a reasonable proposition in a high-volume shop.
